PER ERIK SØRENSEN

Our Chairman brings over 25 years of experience in international executive roles and advisory services. He played a key role in introducing international reward practices to leading organizations in Scandinavia and successfully applied these practices in his own corporate leadership positions.

​

Through his work on various boards of directors, Per Erik has further developed and demonstrated his ability to facilitate discussions that lead to robust corporate governance policies and guidelines, including executive reward designs and strategic frameworks.

 

Over the past 12 years, companies in biotech, IT services, and cybersecurity have benefited from his contributions on their boards. He has also supported his extensive network by offering advice and engaging in productive dialogue.
