Heine is the founder and owner of Zahll Executive, a highly specialized boutique advisory firm focused on executive compensation, incentive design, and board remuneration. With 25 years of experience in performance management and 20 years in compensation & benefits, he brings deep expertise in designing and governing executive reward programs for Danish, Nordic, and international companies.
Heine has held senior leadership positions at DONG Energy/Ørsted and Danske Bank, where he served as Head of Executive Remuneration and People Analytics. His background spans both the corporate and advisory sides of executive reward, giving him a grounded and practical perspective on what works in complex, high-stakes environments.
As an independent advisor, Heine specializes in Remuneration Committee advisory, incentive design and structures, and executive onboarding — areas where deep expertise and boardroom credibility are essential. He works with Executive Management, Remuneration Committees, and Owners on purpose-driven reward strategies and governance frameworks.
